Harry Orman “Jake” Robinson was an American football coach. The Bangor, Maine native served as head coach at the University of Texas at Austin in 1896. His record at Texas is 4–2–1. He previously served as head coach at the University of Missouri. Robinson played lineman at Tufts University.

Robinson was the fourth head coach for the University of Missouri–Columbia Tigers located in Columbia, Missouri and he held that position for two seasons, from 1893 until 1894. His career coaching record at Missouri was 8 wins, 6 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him 18th at Missouri in total wins and 17th at Missouri in winning percentage.[1]

Some records show that "H. L. Robinson" was the coach at Missouri[2] while "H. O. Robinson" was the coach at Texas.[3]
