Harry J. Clarke (born November 27, 1876) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Fitzroy in the VFL.
A centreman, Clarke played in three Fitzroy premierships, 1898, 1899 and 1904. He also finished on losing Grand Final teams on two occasions.
