Harold Powers Muller (June 12, 1901 – May 17, 1962) was an American athlete who competed mainly in the high jump.
He competed for the United States in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium in the high jump where he won the silver medal.
He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1951.
He was born in Dunsmuir, California.
