The municipality of Harenkarspel consists of the following villages: Dirkshorn, Eenigenburg, Groenveld, Kalverdijk, Kerkbuurt, Krabbendam, 't Rijpje, Schoorldam (partly), Sint Maarten, Stroet, Tuitjenhorn, Valkkoog, Waarland, Warmenhuizen. Tuitjenhorn is the administrative centre.
