Hard body training (also known as iron body training or impact conditioning) is a martial arts training method based upon Wolff's law. It is similar to Iron Palm in some respects. The purpose of hard body training is to increase bone density, so that one can strike with more force without injuring oneself. Hard body training has been referenced on television programs such as the National Geographic Channel series Fight Science.
