Harborland (神戸ハーバーランド kōbe-hābārando?) is a shopping district in Chuo-ku, Kobe, Japan.

This shopping district was made on the site of the former freight yard, Minatogawa Kamotsu Station of the Japanese National Railways. The yard was removed in 1982 and the shopping district opened in 1992.

Harborland is a beautiful section of the city of Kobe. It is located along Japan's eastern coast. With great shopping, unique places to eat, many hotels, and easy access by train, subway, or boat, it is a pedestrian paradise. Harborland is near some of the more industrial parts of eastern Japan. It is also home to the famous Port Tower.
