Harald Granraude (ca. 800) was king of Agder. He was married to Gunhild Ragnvaldsdatter, daughter of Ragnvald Sigurdsson, Lord on Huseby on Lista, and he was the grand grand father of Harald Hårfagre Harald was father to Åsa Haraldsdatter and Gyrd Haraldsson.
When the king of Vestfold, Gudrød Veidekonge, send men to propose to Haralds daughter Åsa, Harald sad no. This did Gudrød angry and he saild his ships to Agder, he came at night and attackts Haralds farm at night at a surprise attack. When Harald saw an army was coming he attackt with all his men, It was a hard battel, but Harald lost and he and his son was killed. King Gudrød tock a lot of tresure, and he tock Åsa and married here.
A local legend says that Harald Granraude did hide in an undergrown tunnel with Åsa,but was found and Harald was beheaded.
