Is the Doom Patrol part a metaphor? Because the original characters, IIRC, died in an explosion in the waters of Canada while saving a small fishing town.

I know, my changes might be a little odd, but boldness is encouraged in Wikipedia.

Question: Are there enough noteable genuine citizens of Happy Harbor to have a list? No superheroes, I'm talking about for example, teenager Mick Gurk, who Mister Mxyzptlk (along with Robin, Superboy and Impluse) dedicates his hassling of Superman to.
