This image is from a matchbook put out by Diamond Match in 1933, although the photo used had other applications. Apparently the Diamond Match Company is now folded into Jarden Home Brands Diamond Brands Division 345 South High Street Muncie, IN 47305-2398, USA

I've written them the following email about the copyright on these covers,

My father was pictured on a matchcover published by the Diamond Match Company in 1933 http://pages.prodigy.net/revmoran/images/fbmb2.htm

I've included an image of this cover in an article on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hap_Moran but they are very cautious about copyright information. I'd like to do an article about the whole series of Diamond matchbooks with football players from 1933 to 1938, but they would probably not allow it without permission from the copyright holder. Does Diamond Matchbook hold the copyright? If so, can I be put in touch with the person who could grant use of the images. Thank you.
