Kevin becomes depressed when no one is as enthusiastic about his birthday as he is, prompting Andy to throw a party for his little brother. Meanwhile, Natalie and Carlos worry that their new pet boa constrictor (rescued from an animal research lab) may pose a threat to Baby Nameless.
