Mr. Berger was also accused of fraudulently acquiring the old Hollywood sign. An article was written by the Cleveland Free Times, titled "Hollyweird," detailing the claims by Mr. Berger and Anthony Wood. In the article, Mr. Berger admits not being the original buyer which verifies he made false statements about the original acquisition to numerous media outfits around the world.
