Handycard

A Handycard is a card that can access an ATM to withdraw cash, much like a debit card. They're often used by under 18's. You may buy products online if one of the available access methods is available. Handycards are usually given out after the age of 12 till 18 and then you may request a debit card/credit card. In some countries it may have a different name like "Keycard"
