Short Bio: Hamed Okhravi is currently a PhD candidate in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 2003 at the Sharif University of Technology and his M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2006 at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He has officially been admitted to PhD candidacy since March 7th, 2006 when he passed the PhD Qualifying Examination of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Illinois. His research interests are in computer security, simulation, and cryptography.
