This article needs a review as information is inaccurate and looks to me to be out dated.

Developments with a New Poole Bridge connecting Hamworthy to the Poole Parish (Town Centre) and the incorrect information about train services to Weymouth and London Waterloo need to be fixed. I know this as a resident of Hamworthy and will attempt to do it as soon as I have found sources to link to and confirm my facts. Paulw99 20:28, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Poole is no longer a part of a shire county as its a Unitary Authority. It is part of the 'ceromonial county' of Dorset. To further confuse things, sorry, the full title of Poole is the Borough and County Town of Poole. I am looking to see how this should be listed at the moment. Paulw99 19:44, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
