In accordance with [1] the Wikipedia notes on writing about settlements, one of the recommendations is that, in order to reduce the number of stubs, villages and other settlements within a civil parish should be in one article. Hence the proposal, since Hammerwood settlement is part of the civil parish of Hartfield; this included in that article will reduce the East Sussex stubs.
