Hamadan Airport (Persian: فرودگاه همدان) is an airport in Hamadan, Iran (IATA: HDM, ICAO: OIHH).
The significance of this airport is the unusual shape of the runway. The runway goes uphill for the first half and downhill the second half.
The airport is currently only used by Kish Air for its daily flights to Tehran-Mehrabad Airport, but It has been reported that it will soon convert to an international airport but the dates have not yet been confirmed.
