[edit] Ambiguous time reference

"He is now chairman...." Statement fixed on date article was written, and likely to get out of accuracy at some point. It would be preferred to say something to the effect of "he was elected the chairman of x for the 2004-2008 term", or "as of 26 December 2007, he was chairman of..."
