Hal Oppenheim

Hal Oppenheim is a film composer and studio musician working out of Los Angeles. He has been involved in projects with many top music acts and film actors including Will Smith, Michael Jackson, Law & Order, ER, and Bones, and has written film scores for many a host of direct-to-DVD, live action martial arts films, including the cult classic Duel and Shira. He attended the University of Miami and has several degrees including one in communications, and was the project manager for communications at Miami International Airport for 5 years. His work has been recognised by top film composers John Williams and Hans Zimmer. He is currently in the process of publishing a book on modern jazz harmony.
