Haim Drukman (Hebrew: חיים דרוקמן) is a noted Orthodox Jewish Rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva of Or Etzion. He is the head of Yeshivat Or Etzion, in Merkaz Shapira, Israel. He is also the head of Bnei Akiva. He is also the president of the Hesder Yeshivas. In addition, he is the head of the conversion department of the Government of Israel.
