Removal of this pic is disputed. I received it from its owner, Hagai Shaham, specifically for posting it in my article about him in Wikipedia. He released all copyrights needed for this purpose. I am not familiar with all the nuances of copyright of photographs. Pls advise what is needed beyond my statement here to make it legitimate for posting.

P.S. Similar thing happened to the pic of the singer Rinat Shaham, and it was removed before I saw the warning. Micke5000 12:22, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

P.S. Also a photograph of Ilona Feher that is owned by Hagai Shaham (Had been given to him personally by the late Ilona Feher), that he gave me for posting in Wikipedia, was erased before I noticed a warning.

Hi. I see that User:Chowbok has given you advise on your talk pake. Just follow those and you will be safe. These images are not allowed on wikipedia since thaey are not released under a free license. Such images can be included if they satifies WP:NFCC, which theese image clearly does'nt. After the clarification I managed to receive from the copyright holder a permission to change the copyright type: anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the original image author and image description are credited. I'll try to do similarly with the other photograps in question that have been deleted. Micke5000 07:10, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
