My Iraqi friends have defined "habibi" for me as "beloved," which I see as having a slightly diĘĘfferent semantic sense than "darling" or "honey."

Frankly, I am not quiet content with the list of “different appearances of teh word habibi" especially with the so called movie titles . it will be more appropriate if the starring names are included for further cgjgfj[[Image:Example.jpgStrike-through text]]]]]</ref> -->]]redibility since there are no further links are provided.

the word could be annoying sometimes, specially when it's used much. this is an animation video clip that illustrates the overuse of the word Habibi in West Bank [1]. AshrafSS 07:42, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
