Ha Seok-Ju (born February 20, 1968) is a retired South Korean football player.
He played for the South Korea national football team (95 matches/24 goals) and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. He played only against Mexico during Korea's first match at France 98, on a game which he scored the opener for Korea and was sent off on second time for a sliding tackle from behind. He was suspended for two games and did not play furthermore, as Korea failed to qualify.
