This looks to be a duplicate of H.R. (singer) the two pages should be merged but the information seems somewhat conflicting and I don't know anything about the subject (found this page from wikify). Rissole 07:37, 1 August 2005 (UTC)

I believe I read HR's actual name somewhere and HR was his initials... I guess Human Rights was just the name of a solo record then? Can someone fix this...?
