Probably yes. Emmanuel Goldstein told a frend of mine explicitly that this would be the last hope. (All things have to end.) Or at least the last planned HOPE.

It could of course be that this is all a big mindfuck. :)

So...NOBODY else but Hotel Pennsylvania can host HOPE? I love all this "Save the Hotel Penn!" talk...the place is a dump, and the workers there don't care about anything, going so far as to openly smoke in the non-smoking lobby and being rude to guests. I've had to go there on business several times...plaster falling from the ceiling, exposed wires, power going out about half the time I turn something on...I say good riddance if it is indeed being demolished.
