Isnt' any one interested in why it is exclusively available in the Yamanashi-Kofu area? Because you can find Kishimen from Nagoya in Asian supermarkets in America, but not hōtō. The answer lies in the food itself. I wish the Wiki commons had a taste uploader. :) -- Emana 01:02, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
