For those who use the macron vowels:For some reason,not all web browsers support them.Besides,"Houko" does seem to be the most common Romanization of her first name...Ranma9617 03:51, 30 Jul 2004 (UTC)

• I agree. Most of the websites I have been have her name as "Houko", and wikipedia seems to be the only one that places her name with the macron. I think since Houko is the more common romanization, we should move this page back to Houko Kuwashima. After all, Wikipedia naming conventions on Japanese names states that if there is any common romanization of any Japanese name that doesn't include any macrons, the article should be under that name. Disagree. When you do a Google search for most of the people here in Wikipedia, it also commonly returns the un-macroned ones. And, macrons are in common fonts (Arial has it, Tahoma has it, etc.), so there is no reason for a web browser not to support them (unless it is not popular, that is). I suggest you guys to follow MOS and move back to Hōko Kuwashima. --Chininazu12 08:44, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

I agree with it being "Houko." Most roles I've seen her in had her listed as Houko (with only a few as the exception, having her listed as "Hoko," "Hōko," and even "Hohko"). And if you click on the official website that's linked here or look at her profile on Aoni Production's website, they have it romanized as "Houko" (the latter has it in the URL).
