[edit] San Rémo to Hooters

Given the extent of the changes both in the name and the branding would it be wise to keep the current San Remo article as a bookmark and start a new one for Hooters? I suspect that this may be the frist of a chain of hooters and having an article without all of the old history would make future growth cleaner and make for a better quality article.
