GymGlish is a language training method designed to revise and improve knowledge of English. Its web page says (on 2007-11-18) that

"GymGlish is an innovative training program which employs an artificial intelligence engine to deliver daily, personalized and humorous lessons by e-mail designed to improve and maintain the user's knowledge and command of English. "GymGlish is adapted to the professional and personal needs of individuals, teachers, businesses and universities with several distinct offers."

GymGlish was created in February of 2004 by French entrepreneurs Antoine Brenner (one of the four founders of the VLC media player project) and Benjamin Levy. After finishing their studies, Brenner and Levy (at 23 and 22 respectively) launched their first entreprise, Alinka SA, a software editing company specialized in Linux clustering.
