[edit] Research, anyone?

As I recollect, Ms. Jacobs was standing or strolling in a park, not walking down a street, and her case was dealt with under local or Provincial laws, not Federal. And it's not clear that "laws were changed", but rather than prosecutorial guidelines were adjusted. Oh, and it was in Guelph, Ontario. I'm sure enough about the Guelph bit that I'll put that in now, but it has to be said that this article seems to be, fact-wise, on the quality level of a half-heard conversation in an elevator... [edit] Name

Why is it "Jacobs" in article name and "Jacob" in text and in category sorting? Gene Nygaard 02:12, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Can someone pin down her real name?

I've seen the name Gwen Jacob and Gwen Jacobs used on non-Wikipedia articles. Currently Gwen Jacobs redirects to Gwen Jacob. Should it be the other way around? davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 04:15, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
