Gustav Frederik Philip Richard, Hereditary Prince of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg (born January 12, 1969 in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany), is the eldest child and only son of Prince Richard of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Princess Benedikte of Denmark.
Gustav has been dating former model and author Carina Axelsson. Ms. Axelsson is a native of Santa Cruz, California. Gustav was previously engaged to Elvire Pasté de Rochefort in 2000, but the couple ended their relationship in 2001. [1]
