Gunnar Haugan (born 1 August 1925) is a Norwegian actor.

Haugan is perhaps best known for the radio success Hørerøret which was broadcast on NRK-radio in 1966-67. He has also worked on the well-known Norwegian comedy Norske byggeklosser from 1971 together with Rolv Wesenlund.
