The easting coordinate is wrong, by between 15km and 25km to the West. Some other sources of coordinate data also list the same incorrect coordinate, so this is probably a duplication.
Using maps.google.com one can see Gulargambone township to the East of the coordinate on the page, at the junction of the Castlereagh River (running north) and Gulargambone Creek (running west). On the western side of the river one can see the grain terminal on the railway line.
