This picture is not replaceable as this is a historic picture from the late 1980's;

This is a Gulf-branded gas station owned by BP using the BP canopy and prototype; BP phased out the Gulf brand in the early 1990's and no longer has any Gulf gas stations that look like this;

BP-owned Gulf gasoline stations no longer exist;

This picture was taken by the construction company that built this gas station and was used for advertising purposes;

The picture should be retained because it is relevant to determining how BP gained its market position in the US;

This picture is not sold for profit and thus the creator is not being denied any profits from;

This is a valid fair use and the picture should be retained
