Gulf Coast Nationals

The Gulf Coast Nationals are the Rookie Level minor league affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The team plays in Viera, Florida, at the Carl Barger Complex next to Space Coast Stadium. The team is comprised mainly of players who are in their first year of professional baseball either as draftees or non-drafted free agents.
From 1969 to 2004, the teams was known as the Gulf Coast Expos.[1]
