There seems to be a grave misunderstanding here. Guillermo Tell Villegas was born in 1823 and was president three times, until his death in 1907. Guillermo Tell Villegas Pulido, his nephew, was born in 1854, and was president for a short period of time when Villegas, his uncle, fled the country in 1892 (http://www.mipunto.com/venezuelavirtual/000/000/004/132.html). This article refers to Villegas, not his nephew, and thus the Pulido in his name should be removed.
