The Guelph Bus Terminal at 141 MacDonell Street in Guelph, Ontario, Canada is the main intercity bus station for the community, while the downtown hub for local Guelph Transit bus services is at the nearby St. George's Square. This terminal is used by a number of operators, including GO Transit, Greyhound and Coach Canada. During the school term, GO Transit has expanded its service directly to the University of Guelph campus, eliminating the need to transfer at the downtown terminal. [1]

The University of Guelph has created a transit hub within the entrance mall area in front of the University Centre to accommodate increased GO Bus service. As part of the overall initiative, the City of Guelph and Greyhound Canada will also be improving bus services to campus. [6]
