Groninger Studenten Roeivereniging Aegir (GSR Aegir)
GSR Aegir is a student rowing club for students from the Rijskuniversiteit Groningen and the Hanzehogeschool Groningen in Groningen (city), the Netherlands. At this moment Aegir has about 450 members.[citation needed] Around 60 of them are rowing at national games.[citation needed] The club was founded in 1878 and is currently located at the Winschoterdiep. Aegir belongs to a Dutch student association called Vindicat. Aegir has the largest rowing boat truck in Europe.[citation needed]
