Hello! You can learn about me from the infobox to the right. I don't really have any areas of expertise, interest, likes or dislikes. That pretty much precludes me from creating or adding to any articles here (or anywhere, for that matter). I do love copy editing and proofreading, which is why I enjoy participating in Wikipedia. I used to be part of the copy staff in my high school newspaper. When I was in college, I and one of my acquaintances wished we could become "grammarians" when we grew up (though my knowledge of grammar is far from complete).

I fit two of the stereotypes of a Wikipedian: I'm unemployed, and I'm a hermit. (Actually, I'm a recluse, not a hermit. Perhaps that makes me less of a Wikipedian.) Luckily (or unluckily, depending on your point of view), there are plenty of pages on Wikipedia that are in dire need of editing. That's where folks like me come in.
