Gail Stallings Minor is a communications professional with an extensive background in journalism, public relations and public affairs. She started out as a print journalist while in college in Washington, DC in the 80's. She has worked as a print journalist, a television news reporter, a talkshow host and producer. She has more than 19 years in government public relations(Delaware Department of Correction). She's also served as a consultant to several political campaigns.

Still employed in government public relations and as a communications professor, she is also the owner of a political newsletter and political blog, the Black Politicians Report (bpreport.com). She is an outspoken commentator who regularly contributes to a number of political blogs. She is most noted for her biting commentary.
