Did Newbury tender for the BBC contract? I understood that they were asked to by the BBC and declined, leading Clive Sinclair to comment 'More no-brain than NewBrain.' The source is Philip Crooke, The NewBrain Files. Bendel boy 13:36, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
