This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots for identification and critical commentary on the film and its contents on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content for more information. The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:

1. the photo is only being used for informational purposes;
2. its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it is a picture of the said character;
3. there are no freely licensed alternatives available.

This rationale does not explain how it is being used to provide critical commentary on the film. In fact, it appears to indicate that the image is not being used to provide critical commentary but rather, simply illustration.
