The Griswold Building Senior Apartments is a tall apartment building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 1214 Griswold Street.

The apartments were constructed in 1929, and stand at 12 floors in height, with 127 units/rooms. The high-rise was designed in the art moderne architectural style, and is made of mostly brick and limestone.

Originally constructed as an office building, the Griswold Building now contains apartments.
Built on the former site of the Miles Theatre.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
