In my opinion the looting of Iraq, by its occupiers, is notable.

Most people, including myself, will wholeheartedly agree with both of your opinions. That being the case, I support moving this article to Looting of Iraq by its occupiers or The illegal importation of heavy weapons into the United States controversy. Nothing really approached "heavy" in the arsenel, but I wouldn't mind seeing it fully merged (with all details, photos, etc) into a longer list of either Coalition looters or Looters in general if there are not enough of the former.
