Crest of Greencastle St. Patrick's GAA Club, taken from http://www.greencastlegaa.com The image is used on the basis that it is the official crest of the club in question, and satisfies conditions 2, 3 and 4 of it's licencing on a fair use basis. "It does not affect the market for the original work — this is a logo created to promote an organization, not a commercial work sold to the public for profit." "By the nature of the image, no free alternative is possible."
