[edit] Detail of Album
Chao Phraya River, the river of life. I grew up with this river. My parents sometimes walked me over the bridge. sometime took me on the ferry to see the movie at another side of the river. I often sat and rest beside the river and watched the boats running.
Chao Phraya River is my second parent who nourished my soul and taught me dreams. For me, there is no other stream is greater than Chao Phraya River. Today, may I be the messenger who sends the message I got from this river to those who can bring back the peace to this peaceful land again.
Pray to the moon
The green grass was my warm bed
I gazed at the moon, lying down
As it traveled from town to town
I asked, Where is Mr Moon, father?
How far is it? I ponder
Would I reach it when I sit on his shoulder?
If I stripped the black curtain of the night
I believed I would be greeted by dazzling starlight
Music of Chao Phraya River
Waiting for the brave man
To enhance this land
Conquer the evil
Fulfill the peacefulness
Mother... Where are you
Under the star-studded sky
Mournfully, my heart cries
Mother, what did you leave me for?
What I would give just to see you once more
As I hear the softest song
My heart is lit up with hope so strong
That Mother’s embrace would keep me warm
Nothing else would soothe me more
Thai house by the river
Boats floating on the lively canal
Roosters sing at the break of dawn
Smoke coming out from kitchen
Bells chiming, heard by heaven
Riverside Pavilion appears from haze
Pure and simple, prettiest and best
For sufficient economy
Generosity is the key
Candle light in the old Buddhist monastery
The venerable one is born
Like incandescent candlelight
The thread of Buddhism cannot be torn
Despite evil and despise
For this candle
Never fades in the wind
Through any struggle
It will always win
The last breath
Until the very last breath
Continue fighting with a brave heart
Carve your name with heroic grace
Never give in to greed and wrath
As the last moment comes closer
As Death opens its door
It’s your deeds that matter
The day you wake up no more
Dewdrop on lotus leaf
Amidst the clear pond stands a lotus
That grows out of the mud blossoms
Above the muddy water surface
True definition of wisdom
Rise above defilements and sufferings
Immerse in Buddhist teachings
The yellow rice field
Mother took me far from the city
To watch the golden rice field
I owe my life to these life paddies
Grains of baby rice grow in the golden ears
Stand tall through rain and sun
Just to feed our throbbing hunger
Dearest fruitful ones
We feel thankful forever
Little bird on the orange branch
From branch to branch you sway
Teasing the winds of spirit
As the daylight fades awayv Home is calling, go for it
Birds never stop soaring
Homes keep changing
Certain is nothing
Change does everything
Two world
Two argosy create life
The past brings the present
We have one rule to live by
Cause and effect – everything is relevant
The Chinese argosy
A Chinese ship swims from the mainland
Carrying wonders and fantasies
From the big vast ocean to the local river
New culture flows in from the sea
Lifestyle and beliefs
Are the thread that weaves
The Thai-Chinese quilt
Far and away
From ten thousands miles
Is shaken with the hard responsibility
From sweetheart change to the relation
Missing hurts my heart
When does the responsibility end
Will come back to my home
To the home where love is in the middle of heart
Seagull
Dear Seagull, you have traveled half the sky
Seven oceans you have flown by
With two wings you realize your dreams
Weary and tired as you might seem
Strength to carry on is all you need
To make it to the end and succeed
Sky and stars
Mind is the paintbrush
Having the dream is the color saucer
Paint the lively sky
No sorrow and deceit
Draw the world is the world
To remove the chain of lemon
To be successful
Missing you
Missing is attire
So meticulous and gleaming
Strong or weak, every heart desires
Compassionate healing
Thai kite
Male Kite – female kite
To tease with the wind
Female kite swoops down male kite like a bird
The wind pounces upon the cloud
Thai kite is the ancient Thai’s sport
Ancestors teach that
To create the harmony between Thai and Foreigner
All over the land play when the wind come
Yesterday dream
Yesterday was sweet
Dream about the happy love
Dream that there is lucky
Dream between real and unreal
Dream that stays with the group of friends
Is the real friends close men and women
Everywhere meet the real happiness
House by waterside
House by waterside, which wand to visit
Come back to Thai style of Thai, isn’t slave
The ancient and old church
Is the truth of Dhamma which declaration
The Buddhism way build the nation
Is still for a long time
