Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a sports event logo.
2. The event has not been released on VHS or DVD in the 6+ years since it took place.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the logo on another tape.
