Gretchen Barretto (born March 17, 1970) is an actress from the Philippines. Gretchen is the eldest of the Barretto Sisters with Marjorie Barretto and Claudine Barretto. She is currently in a much publicized relationship with Filipino billionaire businessman Antonio "Tonyboy" Cojuangco. They have one child called Dominique.

Barretto recently released a CD entitled "Unexpected" consisting of classic love songs.
