Gregg McCrary

Gregg O. McCrary is a former FBI agent, who has been associated with the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC) since its inception in 1985. At the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, McCrary constructed behavioral profiles of unknown offenders and provided threat analysis. McCrary is a contributing author to the acclaimed Crime Classification Manual, published in 1992. He is an adjunct professor of forensic psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, and at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia

British author Colin Wilson dedicated his 1990 book The Serial Killers to Agent McCrary

In the year 2003 Gregg had another book published. It's called The Unknown Darkness and us published by New York: Morrow. The books exlpains his 'most important' to him cases.
