Gregory Manusky (born August 12, 1966 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania) is the current American football defensive coordinator of the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. He is also a former player, playing linebacker for three teams over twelve years. He attended Colgate University.
