Gregory Alan Dreiling (born November 7, 1963 in Wichita, Kansas) is a retired American professional basketball player. A 7'1" center from the University of Kansas, he was selected by the Indiana Pacers in the second round of the 1986 NBA Draft. Dreiling carved out a ten-season career (1986-1997) as a reliable backup center, playing for the Pacers as well as the Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers. He is now an assistant coach for the Mavericks.
